When Is the Wyrdeer Raid Day in Pokemon Go?

The Wyrdeer Raid Day event in Pokemon Go is taking place on Saturday, December 23, 2023, between 2 pm and 5 pm local time. It is during the Winter Wonderland event, which takes place on the same day. During the event, Wyrdeers will appear in three-star raids for players to catch.

Can You Catch Shiny Wyrdeer in Pokemon Go?

Yes, you can catch a Shiny Wyrdeer in Pokemon Go during the Wyrdeer Raid Day event. The Shiny version of Wyrdeer changes its body color to lime green and the color of its fur to a very pale green. Its tail also changes from white to dark grey. The color of its horns, however, remains exactly the same.

All Wyrdeer Raid Day Event Bonuses

There are several event bonuses during the Wyrdeer Raid Day, including up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs. You can see all of the event bonuses below:

  • Wyrdeer will appear more frequently in raids.
  • You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Wyrdeer.
  • Up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event and up to two hours afterward.
  • The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 10 on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 4 pm PST, to Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 7 pm PST.

Wyrdeer Raid Day Event Ticket

Players will be able to purchase an event ticket for US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency) for the Wyrdeer Raid Day. It will grant you the following bonuses:

  • Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a daily total of 14).
  • Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL.
  • 50% more XP from Raid Battles.
  • 2× Stardust from Raid Battles.
