PAX Aus 2023, the popular gaming convention, is gearing up for its 10th-anniversary celebration in Australia and has just announced the first wave of exhibitors, providing attendees with a taste of what they can expect at the event.
Last year, PAX Aus provided attendees with plenty to experience, including Devolver Digital, Sega, Square Enix and, of course, the legendary Shuhei Yoshida from PlayStation. Fortunately, now we know some of the first exhibitors to appear at the 10-year celebration.
Nintendo and Bethesda Will Be At PAX Aus 2023
One of the highlights of PAX Aus will undoubtedly be Nintendo’s return. They plan to provide attendees with two thrilling championships – the Splatoon 3 AU/NZ Championship 2023 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe AU/NZ Championship 2023. The live finals of these championships will take place in the PAX Arena, and teams interested in participating can find more information about the qualifying process on Nintendo Australia’s website.
In addition, Bethesda will also be joining PAX Aus 2023. While details about their participation remain unknown, we will provide an update in the coming weeks as soon as information becomes available.
What Else Can You Expect From PAX Aus 2023?
There is plenty of confirmed attendees available at PAX Aus 2023 on different floors. These include:
- Expo Floor
- Devolver Digital, Audio-Technica, ASUS ROG, Aftershock PC, Cooler Master, HTC VIVE, Corsair, MSI, Crunchyroll, NetEase Games, Ukiyo Studios, and PikPok Games.
- PAX Rising
- This area will showcase some of Australia’s best indie developers, and also the winners of the PAX Aus indie showcase.
- Compelling panels, exhilarating tournaments, and thrilling cosplay championships will be running all weekend, catering to various interests and preferences.
