Granblue Fantasy: Relink: What Is the Max Level Cap?

Granblue Fantasy: Relink does have a max level cap, but even the most hardened Skyfarer will have to grind a lot to reach it.

If you want to max out your characters and their weapons’ levels in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, you’ll need a lot of spare time. Like all good JRPGs, the max level is set quite high. Fortunately, even if you manage to reach it, there are plenty of other ways to progress your character. Below, we explain what the max level is in Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s max level cap is 100 for every character and 150 for each weapon. You will only reach the max level by playing through the endgame content. Enemies and bosses in the endgame missions can be higher levels than the max level cap. However, there are several ways you can improve your character and weapons beyond these levels.

Each character has Mastery Trees, which you can progress through using Mastery Points (MSP). These are broken down into an Offense tree, Defense tree, Collections tab, and Overmastery tree. The Offense and Defense trees unlock new endgame skills and stat buffs. Meanwhile, the Collections and Overmastery trees unlock buffs for your weapons.

Additionally, you can Awaken your Ascension Weapon for each character up to 10 times once it’s reached level 150. While the cost to Awaken a weapon is high and increases each time you do it, it significantly boosts its stats, making it a core way to progress your character in the endgame. Finally, you can equip each weapon with up to 99 Mirage Munitions, which slightly boosts its stats, and Wrightstones and Sigils to collect to unlock and improve your weapon’s skills.

So, while there is a level cap in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, there are plenty of ways to progress once you reach it. That’s everything you need to know about the game’s max level. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
