Developer Isoca Games and publisher JanduSoft have announced that the indie arcade-roguelike title, Lootlite, is coming to consoles soon.
Lootlite launched on PC back in March of 2021. It offered players a fun, arcade-style roguelike experience for a low price and garnered favourable reviews on Steam. Now, after partnering with JanduSoft – who published Waifu Impact among others – indie developer Isoca Games hopes to offer console players the exact same experience.

What Is Lootlite?
If you’ve ever played a roguelike before, then Lootlite may seem a little familiar. Offering players multiple characters to unlock, a variety of weapons to use, and gorgeous levels to explore, Lootlite has all the necessary trappings to make for a great roguelite experience. What makes it stand apart, however, is the arcade nature of its gameplay. Lootlite is a little more laidback, offering local co-op options for players who just want to relax and hang out.
That’s not to say it won’t appeal to a hardcore audience. Many have compared it to Nuclear Throne and have praised it for its comprehensible complexity. However you look at it, Lootlite looks set to be the perfect roguelike for fans of the genre. If you want to know more, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a quick breakdown of some of the best the game has to offer:
- Unlock eight unique characters each with their own set of skills
- Explore procedurally generated levels and take down fearsome foes
- Collect an assortment of deadly weapons to help you in combat
- Recover the stolen treasures as you uncover the world’s secrets
Release Date & Price
Lootlite is due to launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and the Nintendo Switch this July 28th. It will cost $4.99/€4.99. For those who simply cannot wait, the game is also available on Steam.
