King of Seas Arrives this May, Demo Available Now

King of Seas is launching on May 25, and to celebrate, the developers, 3DClouds, and Team17, are thrilled to announce a brand new demo.

Preorders are now available for pirate-themed action RPGs on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop. Fans on the Nintendo Switch and Xbox can also check out the new King of Seas demo, available today on the eShop and Xbox Store. PC players can also rejoice by downloading the demo on Steam as well.

What is King of Seas?

King of Seas is an action role-playing game set in a deadly procedurally generated world. Battle your way through the brutal storyline as you undertake a heroic saga to regain what you have lost. You will befriend interesting characters along the way while undertaking riveting missions as you strive to become what truly matters most: the king of all pirates.

The game will feature an abundance of things to do, from completing special missions to catching as many as 30 different fish thriving in the ocean. You can even trade items by purchasing them at the lowest possible price and selling them to settlements that demand them. There is never a dull moment in King of Seas, and there are plenty of other features too, such as:

  • A series of quests that will guide you on your journey.
  • Intriguing characters.
  • A vast, procedurally generated world.
  • Adapting difficulty.
  • A reactive world, changing with every action
  • A deep, thick fog to keep sailing interesting.
  • Atmospheric effects influence gameplay.
  • Five highly customizable ships with an equipment and skill system.
  • Over 20 skills to choose from and three branches of talent to suit any playstyle.

King of Seas will be available on May 25, 2021, for Windows PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. You can wishlist the game now on Steam. Pre-orders are available now on the Nintendo Switch eShop and Xbox One Microsoft Store. Unfortunately, PlayStation 4 pre-orders aren’t available yet, but they will be available shortly.
