Zenless Zone Zero is getting a content-filled version update, which features eye-catching new additions, and it’s coming sooner than you think.
Since its release a month ago, Zenless Zone Zero has grabbed the attention of players worldwide on many platforms. Although players are still hoping for an Xbox port, that hasn’t stopped users from exploring the world Zenless Zone Zero offers. Now, its first-ever version update is on the horizon and is bringing exciting new content to get ready for.
Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 All Details
The Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 update will be launched on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. This update will feature many new additions, including the introduction of a new Hollow Zero experience named “Inferno Reap,” which allows players to jump into battle with Nineveh directly. New challenges are expected to be faced by New Eridu Public Security (N.E.P.S.) and the story between the criminal syndicate known as the Mountain Lion Gang and Qingyi, Jane, and Seth. Additionally, the New Eridu Public Security area at Lumina Square will also be open to players.
In Version 1.1, “Inferno Reap” will become available after the “Withering Garden” stage
and related commissions. Additionally, Proxies will be able to enter a time-limited battle with Nineveh, which can be completed as many times as available. Successful challenges will give users a selection of in-game rewards. As players dive into the new update, they’ll discover the Special Episode “Undercover R&B,” where Proxies can venture around New Eridu and complete commissions as Jane and discover the past between her and N.E.P.S. Of course, you can’t forget the battle between Zhu Yuan, Qingyi, and Seth and the Mountain Lion Gang.
This new update will also have a themed event named “Camellia Golden Week”. This event will allow Proxies to obtain Polychromes, an A-level W-engine, and various materials by completing event commissions. Other in-game events and features will be available, including Immersive Tactical Drill, First-Class Customer Service, and an upgraded camera function featuring filters and selfie options.
New Characters
As proxies can complete commissions as Jane. Jane can trigger a “Passion State,” which unleashes rapid, multi-stage, and deadly attacks while quickly inflicting Attribute Anomaly on enemies. However, before unlocking this brutal ability, Proxies must face Jane as an enemy before adding her to their squad. Fortunately, Jane is not the only S-Rank Physical Anomaly Agent character players will get their hands on. Qingyi will be ready to join players’ squads as an S-Rank Electric Stun character. She can build up the powerful attack, “Flash Connect Voltage,” and give Zhu Yuan life-saving support.
Although these two high-ranked characters will give players a fantastic array of abilities to enjoy, the A-Rank Electric Defense character Seth will also be available to join in on the action. Seth’s weapon can transform into a giant sword to slash through enemies while buffing abilities with his shield. A brand-new S-Rank Bangboo named “Officer Cui” will also be available to assist Proxies in the Hollows.

The Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 update will be accessible on all platforms where the ARPG is available. This means all PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android players will be able to enjoy all the new features released on August 14, 2024.
