Zenless Zone Zero: How to Unlock the Music Store & All Disc Drives

If you’re hoping to get inside the Bardic Needle Music Store in Zenless Zone Zero, then you’ll have to reach a certain level first. Here’s what you need to know.

Players can use the Music Store in Zenless Zone Zero, Bardic Needle, to craft Drive Discs. It’s an important aspect of the game that switches up combat and can drastically change how you approach it. However, you’ll first need to unlock the Music Store, and to do that, you’ll need to meet a number of requirements.

How to Unlock the Music Store in Zenless Zone Zero

To unlock the Bardic Needle Music Store in Zenless Zone Zero, you must complete Chapter 2 of the Story Commission, then finish your first Routine Cleanup and speak to Roland in the Scott Outpost. Once you’ve met all of these requirements, you’ll be asked to meet Elfy on Sixth Street. You’ll convince her to open the Music Store and then finally gain access.

Once the Bardic Needle Music Store is unlocked in Zenless Zone Zero, you’ll be able to craft your own Drive Discs. Additionally, the Music Store will level up the greater your Inter-Knot level is. Once leveled up, you’ll be able to craft S-Rank Drive Discs, unlock further stats, and more. Here’s what all of the levels are of the Music Store in Zenless Zone Zero:

• Music Store Level 1 (Unlocked by unlocking the Music Store) – You can craft A-Rank Drive Discs
• Music Store Level 2 (Unlocked at Inter-Knot level 30) – The drop rate of the selected set increases to 50%
• Music Store Level 3 (Unlocked at Inter-Knot level 35) – You unlock Intermediate Tuning, which lets you craft S-Rank Drive Discs
• Music Store Level 4 (Unlocked at Inter-Knot level 40) – You unlock the ability to select a partition to Tune
• Music Store Level 5 (Unlocked at Inter-Knot level 42) – You unlock Advanced Tuning, which guarantees you an S-Rank Drive Disc
• Music Store Level 6 (Unlocked at Inter-Knot level 45) – You unlock the Orientation Main Stat

All Drive Discs in Zenless Zone Zero

Zenless Zone Zero currently has 12 Drive Discs you can unlock via the Bardic Needle Music Store. Each one comes with its own set bonuses, which make it significantly more effective. Here are all the Drive Discs and their set bonuses that you can get in the Zenless Zone Zero Music Store:

• Woodpecker Electro
  • 2-Pieces – Increases CRIT Rate by 8%.
  • 4-Pieces – Landing a critical hit on an enemy with a Basic Attack, Dodge Counter, or EX Special Attack increases the equipper’s ATK by 9% for 6s. The buff duration for different skills is calculated separately.
• Puffer Electro
  • 2-Pieces – Increases PEN Ratio by 8%
  • 4-Pieces – Ultimate DMG increases by 20%. Launching an Ultimate increases the equipper’s ATK by 15% for 12s.
• Shockstar Disco
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Impact by 6%.
  • 4-Pieces – Basic Attacks, Dash Attacks, and Dodge Counters inflict 20% more Daze on the main target.
• Freedom Blues
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Anomaly Proficiency by 30.
  • 4-Pieces – When an EX Special Attack hits an enemy, reduce the target’s Anomaly Buildup RES to the equipper’s Attribute by 20% for 8s. This effect does not stack with others of the same attribute.
• Hormone Punk
  • 2-Pieces – Increases ATK by 10%.
  • 4-Pieces – Upon entering combat or switching in, its user’s ATK increases by 25% for 10s. This effect can trigger once every 20s.
• Soul Rock
  • 2-Pieces – Increases DEF by 16%
  • 4-Pieces – Upon receiving an enemy attack and losing HP, the equipper takes 40% less DMG for 2.5s. This effect can trigger once every 15s.

• Swing Jazz
  • 2-Pieces – Energy Regen increases by 20%.
  • 4-Pieces – Launching a Chain Attack or Ultimate increases all squad members’ DMG by 15% for 12s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.
• Inferno Metal
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Fire DMG by 10%.
  • 4-Pieces – Upon hitting a Burning enemy, the equipper’s CRIT Rate is increased by 28% for 8s.
• Chaotic Metal
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Ether DMG by 10%.
  • 4-Pieces – The equipper’s CRIT DMG increases by 20%. When any character in the squad triggers Corruption’s additional DMG, this effect further increases by 5.5% for 8s, stacking up to 6 times. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
• Thunder Metal
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Electric DMG by 10%.
  • 4-Pieces – As long as an enemy in combat is Shocked, the equipper’s ATK is increased by 28%.
• Polar Metal
  • 2-Pieces -Increases Ice DMG by 10%
  • 4-Pieces – Increase the DMG of Basic Attack and Dash Attack by 20%. When any squad member inflicts Freeze or Shatter, this effect increases by an additional 20% for 12s.
• Fanged Metal
  • 2-Pieces – Increases Physical DMG by 10%.
  • 4-Pieces – Whenever a squad member inflicts Assault on an enemy, the equipper deals 35% additional DMG to the target for 12s.
