One such mission, Timely Assistance Medal IV, requires players to find the suspicious shadow at night near the Waterfall Soup shop. However, this mission has been giving players a hard time, as it’s not immediately clear what time of night or what the suspicious shadow is supposed to be. How to Find the Suspicious Shadow at Waterfall Soup in Zenless Zone Zero
Players can find the suspicious shadow during the evening behind the moped to the right of the Waterfall Soup shop in Zenless Zone Zero. The suspicious shadow is actually the Treasure Hunter Bangboo, wearing a beige suit and hat. You will only be able to see the suspicious shadow in ZZZ if it is evening. You’ll know it’s the evening when the symbol is just a crescent moon and not a moon and clouds.
If you need to pass the time in order to skip to the evening, you can do so by resting on your sofa or hitting the time symbol in the top left and choosing the rest option. Of course, if you’ve already rested that day, you can complete side quests or grind out the Hollow Deep Dive System and Combat Simulations to pass the time. Once you’ve spoken to the Bangboo next to the Waterfall Soup ramen shop in Zenless Zone Zero, you’ll be able to complete the Timely Assistance Medal IV mission for Officer Mewmew.
For finding the suspicious shadow in ZZZ and completing the mission, you will get the following rewards:
