No, you cannot play Zenless Zone Zero on the PS4. Unfortunately, Zenless Zone Zero is skipping last-gen consoles despite being readily available on mobile devices. This may not come as a surprise to fans of HoYoverse games, as Honkai: Star Rail, its previous title, also skipped last-gen consoles. It seems highly unlikely that Zenless Zone Zero will come to PS4 in the future, even if fans demand it. Unluckily, for those who prefer their PS4s, it seems like there’s little chance of experiencing ZZZ on there.
Fortunately, it is completely free on mobile devices. It will likely run on most modern mobile phones, so you shouldn’t need to worry too much about performance. If you’re just curious about the game and want to try it out for yourself, this is probably the best way to do it. It isn’t worth upgrading to a PS5 just for Zenless Zone Zero, although there are, of course, plenty of great PS5 exclusives as well.
