The wait to register for Sydney Nintendo Live 2024 is finally over, as fans can start from today. Here’s everything you need to know.
Fans can now register for a chance to attend the highly anticipated Nintendo Live 2024 Sydney on August 31, 2024, and Sunday, September 1, 2024. The event will be full of fun, Nintendo-centered activities for everyone to enjoy at the International Convention Centre, and you can’t forget that Charles Martinet will be there. The Nintendo Live 2024 Sydney event is entirely free to attend. However, in order to attend, fans must register before the event for their chance to be chosen.
How To Register For Nintendo Live 2024 Sydney
Registration for the Nintendo Live 2024 Sydney event will open at 9 am AEST, Monday, June 17, 2024, and end at 11:59 pm AEST, Sunday, June 30, 2024. Below is how to register for the upcoming Nintendo Live 2024 Sydney event.
- Visit the Nintendo Live website.
- Register for an opportunity to be randomly selected to receive free tickets.
- Only eligible Nintendo Account holders who are at least 18 years old can register. Sign up for an account here if you don’t already have one.
- For groups of two or more, each attendee with their own Nintendo Account must be linked to the same free Nintendo Account Family Group. This ensures that all parties in the same group can attend together and on the same day.
- If selected, attendance will be for one event day.
What Will Be At The Sydney Nintendo Live 2024?
Not only will the beloved Charles Martinet attend Nintendo Live, but fans of all ages will have a wide range of activities to enjoy, regardless of video game experience. There is something for everyone at the upcoming event, from gaming to merchandise. Below is everything that will be at the Sydney Nintendo Live 2024.
- Nintendo Switch Gameplay
- A large selection of Nintendo Switch games will be featured, including Super Mario Bros. Wonder, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Pokémon Scarlet, Pokémon Violet, and lots more.
- Mario Dojo
- Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in Mario Dojo, a fast and frantic challenge consisting of three rounds over three different Mario games.
- Meet and Greets
- Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Isabelle from Animal Crossing, and other beloved characters will be attending to meet and take photos with fans.
- Memorable Photo Opportunities
- There will be plenty of places to snap a memorable photo with iconic characters, such as Link and Zelda from The Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and larger-than-life Kirby and the Forgotten Land sculptures. An immersive experience inspired by Animal Crossing: New Horizons will also be there to photograph.
- Pop-up My Nintendo Store
- There will be a pop-up My Nintendo Store, where you can purchase various merchandise, including event-themed exclusive items and exclusive merchandise.
- Live Stage
- There will be a main stage that will host stage events, including daily special appearances from the much-loved Charles Martinet.
- Tournaments
- The Syndey Nintendo Live 2024 will also be hosting the finals for the upcoming tournaments on stage:
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: AU/NZ Championship 2024 – Saturday, August 31.
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: AU/NZ Championship 2024 – Saturday, August 31.
- Splatoon 3: AU/NZ Championship 2024 – Sunday, September 1.
