The official schedule for the upcoming GCAP 2024 event is finally available, and fans can buy their tickets for it now.
The Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (IGEA) has announced that the Games Connect Asia Pacific (GCAP) 2024 schedule and ticket sales are now live. If you’re thinking of attending this prestigious gaming event, you can find everything you need to know below.
GCAP 2024 Keynote Speakers and Schedule Details
GCAP 2024 has dozens of events spread out across the three days. It starts on Monday, October 7, 2024, and ends on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. There will be several keynote speakers from across the world who have worked on some of the biggest games, including The Elder Scrolls Online and Pacific Drive. Here are just some of the top international keynote speakers at the GCAP 2024 event:
- Rich Lambert, Game Director for The Elder Scrolls Online
- Karrie Shirou Shao, lead narrative designer and lead writer on Pacific Drive
- Teddy Dief, co-designed the bestselling RPG Hyper Light Drifter
The first day, Monday, October 7, 2024, has events running from 9 am to 5 pm. On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, events will be running from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, with the networking event taking place between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Finally, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, there will be events running from 9:30 am to 10 pm, with the final keynote speaker finishing at 3:10 pm and the AGDAs (Australian Game Developer Awards) taking place between 6:30 pm and 10 pm. Where to Get GCAP 2024 Tickets
Tickets for the GCAP 2024 event can be purchased from the official GCAP website here. It will cost you AU$579.00 for the combined GCAP and AGDA ticket. This grants you access to every event across the three days. Alternatively, you can just get a ticket for the AGDA for AU$179.00.
Tickets entitle attendees to the entire GCAP lineup from October 7 to 9. This includes the GCAP evening social event on Tuesday, the ability to connect with other attendees via Meet-To-Match, and access to the AGDAs on Wednesday, October 9.
