Destiny 2: The Final Shape: All Legendary Campaign Rewards

Players looking to beat Destiny 2: The Final Shape’s campaign in Legendary difficulty should first know whether the rewards are worth the effort.

When you first start Destiny 2: The Final Shape’s campaign, you’ll get to choose whether you want to “Be Brave” or “Become Legend.” This is the difficulty you’ll play it on, with “Be Brave” being the Classic or Normal difficulty and “Become Legend” being the Legendary difficulty. Of course, you can change your difficulty at any time, but playing on Legendary gives you far better rewards. Below, we’ve explained not just what the rewards are that you get but whether The Final Shape’s Legendary difficulty is worth it or whether it’s as tough as Lightfall’s.

All Legendary Campaign Rewards in Destiny 2: The Final Shape

The rewards you earn for completing the Destiny 2: The Final Shape DLC on Legendary difficulty will differ slightly per player. However, you are guaranteed the following rewards:

  • A set of 1960 Power level gear for your chosen class
  • Exotic armor, depending on your class
  • The Victorious Oddment emblem

You will also get a second chest for completing each major campaign encounter, much like in The Witch Queen and Lightfall expansions.

Is it Worth Playing Destiny 2: The Final Shape in Legendary Difficulty?

Yes, it is worth playing Destiny 2: The Final Shape on Legendary difficulty. We found it to be much easier than The Witch Queen and Lightfall expansions while still offering some seriously powerful loot. Additionally, if you’re thinking of playing solo, you’ll also find it relatively easy as each mission scales with your Fireteam. So, if it’s just you, it’ll scale to there being just one player in your Fireteam.

Of course, if you struggle with the Classic difficulty, we’d probably recommend you stay away from Legendary this time around. This is really the perfect difficulty for those accustomed to the Legendary difficulty. However, it is a good starting off point for those who’ve played every Destiny 2 expansion on Classic thus far. That’s everything you need to know about The Final Shape’s Legendary campaign rewards. For more guides just like this one, be sure to check out our Guide Hub.
