The Millionaire Detective Balance: UNLIMITED: Episode 1 – Mini Review

The Millionaire Detective – Balance: UNLIMITED is about one man, Daisuke Kambe. Not only is he hotter than melted butter spread across freshly baked bread, smoother than fine silk robes fit for a king and sexier than every other man this season. He also has enough money to buy an AI program that helps him spend his money easier. You could say his ‘balance’ is ‘ unlimited’. There was also something about a car chase and pushing a car off a bridge, but none of that’s essential.

This felt like a breath of fresh air after all the repetitive, formulaic shows I’d been seeing. The music fits the scene perfectly, and the moment that the man of the hour, Daisuke Kambe shows up, everything kicks into a new gear. His character design perfectly embodies his outlook on life. Everything related to this flawless example of perfection kept my attention and left me craving more.

Despite starring the embodiment of peak human achievement, Daisuke Kambe, the show has some minor issues. The animation, specifically during the car chase, was a bit wonky. Sometimes, the story can be hard to follow early on. There were more than a few moments of confusion across the board, but these all lent to the show’s crazy bombastic nature, so I didn’t mind all that much.

Our lord and savior, Daisuke Kambe will purchase the rights to his own show Balance Unlimited. He will replace all of the bad parts with cold hard cash, making it the best show of all time. Unfortunately this is also the timeline where fictional characters can break out into the real world so sadly, not the one we live in.

I plan to watch the first episode of every new show that is coming out this season. If you want to know what to watch, and what to stay away from, follow this series.

The Millionaire Detective Balance: UNLIMITED: Episode 1 – Mini Review
The life of Daisuke Kambe - sorry, Balance Unlimited was whacky, fun and full of life. The premise seems a bit dry at first but as soon as the personification of beauty itself shows up, it's a thrill ride til the end. There are definitely moments you could nitpick but I'd rather just enjoy the ride this show takes me on. I can tell that there is a lot of room to grow and it's a shame we'll have to wait until after the delay to see it.
Excellent Character Design
Breath of Fresh Air
Slighty Wonky Animation
Hard to Follow Story
