Psyonix, the team behind Rocket League, and Ford have come to an agreement to release a new sponsored bundle in the game. The Ford F-150 RLE bundle will be coming to Rocket League on February 20 for all platforms. It will be available for 1500 Credits, and it will have its own tab in the item shop. The bundle includes:
- Ford F-150 RLE
- Ford F-150 RLE Wheels (standard and Special Edition)
- Ford F-150 RLE Boost
- Ford F-150 RLE Engine Audio
- Ford F-150 Player Banner,
- Chairman Decal
Ford + Rocket League Freestyle Invitational
The Ford and Psyonix collaboration extends further than just being a bundle. Together, they will be introducing the Ford + Rocket League Freestyle Invitational. This is a brand-new competitive event starring some of the best Rocket League freestyles, chosen by Psyonix.
The competition will run for two days event, where eight of the best freestylers will compete for a chance to win a real 2021 Ford F-150. The competitors will show off their best freestyle moves to a panel of judges on February 24 and February 28.
More information about the event, such as the participants, judges and hosts, will be revealed at a later date. So stay tuned!
Despite launching over 5 years ago, Rocket League continues to grow. It has become free-to-play in the past six months and shortly after, reached over 1,000,000 concurrent players.
