PAX AUS Launches Early Bird Sale as 10-Year Anniversary Looms

In 2013, PAX Aus opened its doors — or should we say tent flaps — to Australian gamers in the pouring rain. From humble beginnings, PAX Aus has come a long way and only continues to grow upwards as the biggest gaming festival in Australia.

For those who don’t know, PAX Aus is an event that celebrates gaming and gaming culture. It includes panels, an expo hall, game demos, musical performances, tournaments, and other experiences. The event takes place over three days, providing the community with the chance to meet old and new friends, interact with game developers, publishers and brands, and get hands-on with gaming.

Last year’s event saw an incredible amount of people flock to Melbourne for the event. Shuhei Yoshida, Head of PlayStation Indies and SIE, headlined the event as a keynote speaker. While this might be a hard feat to top for this year’s event, it might be the perfect year for them to go big.

This year, the convention will be celebrating 10 years of gaming culture. Therefore, PAX Aus 2023 is not a year to miss! Fortunately, early bird tickets are already on sale.

Where Do I Get My Tickets?

Early Bird Badges are already on sale here, with the 3-Day Badges selling at AU$175 and Single Day Badges for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at AU$70. While these prices are usually not a huge amount cheaper than full-price tickets, it’s always good to get in early to secure a ticket. However, you’ll have to be quick, as just over 25% of the Early Bird 3-Day Badges have sold already.

The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre will, once again, welcome the gaming community home on October 6-8, 2023, for PAX Aus 2023.

If you want to keep up with the latest announcements, you can follow PAX Aus on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Alternatively, you can also join the very dedicated Discord channel here.
