Mesmerising Zen Puzzle Game, Please, Touch The Artwork, Coming Soon

Developer Thomas Waterzooi has announced that their “zen narrative puzzle” game, Please, Touch The Artwork, is coming to PC and mobiles later this month.

Solo developer Thomas Waterzooi (also known as Studio Waterzooi) is releasing their debut title, Please, Touch The Artwork, on Steam. They previously worked on Divinity Original Sin and Hitman, and have since gone on to create meaningful and accessible indies. In collaboration with the Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds (Flanders Audiovisual Fund), they hope to deliver a fun and relaxing experience.

What Is Please, Touch The Artwork?

Please, Touch The Artwork is a colourful, fun and serene puzzle game all about influencing and shaping art. Across three unique puzzle types, you will solve over 150 randomly generated puzzles based on Mondrian paintings in a relaxed, stress-free environment. As you interact with the art, you’ll also listen to a jazzy soundtrack that’ll soothe your blues while you solve. Here is some of what you can expect when it launches later this month:

  • Immerse yourself in a visually stunning gallery
  • Solve over 150 randomly generated puzzles inspired by artworks such as Compositions with Red Blue Yellow, Broadway Boogie Woogie, and New York City
  • Experience three unique puzzle types each with their own mechanics and gameplay
  • Listen to a jazzy soundtrack as you play
  • Play at your own pace throughout the 2 to 3 hour long game
  • Choose from a range of accessibility options including color-blind and larger text

Release Date & Price

Please, Touch The Artwork is set to launch on January 26th for Steam, the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is also scheduled to launch on the Nintendo Switch later this year. You can currently pre-order it on the Apple App Store for just $3.99. Alternatively, head on over to the game’s Steam store page to wishlist it and be notified of when it drops.
