Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 spoilers have already begun leaking online, just 10 days before the game’s official release date.
Leaks are a dime a dozen, typically dropping shortly before a game’s release date. While some fans love to know everything about a game before it comes out, others much prefer to go in without any prior knowledge. With Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 almost upon us, the leakers have come out of the woodwork, and a handful of rotten apples have begun spoiling the game for others.

Major spoilers for both gameplay and the story of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 have been posted online via Reddit and X, formerly Twitter. The game launches on Friday, October 20, 2023, which is just 10 days away at the time of writing, but that hasn’t stopped users online from spoiling key aspects of the game.
While we won’t detail what spoilers are out there, it’s safe to assume that fans should avoid Reddit and X like the plague. None of the story spoilers have been confirmed either, so take anything you read with a grain of salt. These spoilers, both gameplay, and story, are likely coming from people who have gotten a retail copy early thanks to broken retail dates, as sites such as ourselves are under strict NDAs not to reveal anything.
It’s a shame, but leaks always come just before a game’s release date, as people want to spoil the game for others. The same situation happened with Starfield recently, which saw significant parts of the game’s story and core gameplay systems spoiled prior to launch.
