Pine Studio is proud to announce the first-person escape room puzzle game, Escape Simulator, releasing on October 19.

Escape Simulator will put your brain to the test as you try to escape a collection of quirky interactive escape rooms, either alone or via online co-op. You can face ingenuous locks in ancient Egypt, hack the system in an adrift space shuttle or decipher mysterious notes in the oddball Victorian library of Edgewood Mansion. However, it’s not going to be smooth sailing.

The game will also launch with a level editor. This will allow players to design their own escape room and share it with the community via Steam Workshop.

“We’re so pumped to see what players create with our level-editor. We’re doing something we don’t think’s ever been done before, and we’re sure the community’s gonna blow us away with their ingenuity! The ultimate moment for us will be getting stuck in our own game – thwarted by a player who’s custom-made room is way smarter than us. That’ll be pretty neat.”
